I have been researching good ways to gymcel during quarantine and highly suggest you incels follow a routine similar to at least maintain muscle mass on a shoe string budget. I would personally recommend injecting a moderate dose of test at slightly above TRT levels during the quarantine, but the choice is yours. Make sure you have a resistance band, pull up bar, and weights (preferably plates). You can get all these items from Amazon or a local walmart, but be sure to purchase them soon before local meatheads buy them up. Also be sure to stock up on protein powder.
Here are some videos that can give you ideas on how to construct a workout routine. I would personally recommend everyone to incorporate weighted pushups with either a resistance band or weights on your back, weighted dips, pullups, and of course neck exercises .
