I literally wake up 1 kilo lighter the next day when I go like 20 proteins under my macros or sleep 7 hours instead of 8. Jfl this shit is hard mode

Agreed- theres no much random weight fluctuation day to day based on factors like sodium intake, carbs, even random stuff like when you last took a shit (srs)

You could even argue weekly tracking is too frequent honestly, maybe biweekly would be ideal or just take a 7 day rolling average

I see i do it too but i make it a habit where its like i brush my teeth everyday and i dont expect any results from it. im not gonna change to a different social person, not gonna be attractive to women or better, i just do it because i do it for the sake of the habit i created.

Dont expect any good results from gymcelling rather make it a habit/ routine you do everyday and dont pay much attention about like brushing your teeth everyday two times a day.

All these weights are first thing in the morning naked after a piss and shit

5 Aug 76.3kg
7 Aug 75.8kg
10 aug 74.4kg
13 Aug 75.2kg
15 Aug 74.1KG
18 Aug (this morning) 74.7kg

general trend dowwards but also random fluctuation

If i was weighing myseld during the daytime there would be even more fluctuation as before bed I can be anything from 75.5-77.5kg depending on fluid intake and what I ate that day, even the weather is a facotr because it effects how big a fluctuation you have in you day/jnight weight due to respiration

How do I tell if my frame is good then? I dont know shit about clavicles. Mine are like pct
narrow hips and wide clavicles and show pic and ill tell easily

I disagree on that tbh.
Of corse you will never looks impressive as a framelet no matter how hard you gymcel. But it’s still better to be a framelet with big delts and lats which make you a bit wider than to stay the narrow framelet without any muscle.
