We are animals. We have to simulate hunting animals every day through lifting and intense cardio. If you cant derive enjoyment from working out then it might be over for you.

I don't like lifting heavy shit, because it seeps energy and strength and makes me want to lay down and do nothing instead. I can run a marathon tho.

Running is 1000X harder than lifting heavy jfl

For me it's the other way around.
I used to lift... Got to 80kg bench and 50 something ohp at high 60s weight. But never felt like it was something for me.

gymcelling is one of the few things I truly enjoy, even when I feel bad I feel better after training, getting a pump one of the best feelings ever too bad these motherfuckers closed the gyms in my country until 21st..

I haven't been able to gymcel for a couple months or so since I've had this cough I can't recover from because of my steroid abuse. I probably won't be able to start again until I start my cruise cycle. On the plus side, this has been a completely blackpilling experience, knowing that even someone who's lifted for nearly half a decade can make gains sitting on his ass when the drug import is big enough. More gains than I could've even dreamed of making natty, I might add.

You can enjoy lifting without becoming obsessed enough to make it your life.

It can be a hobby like any other but done consistently forever, unlike other hobbies.

Lifting heavy is something you do for under a min and you take a fucking rest for couple of min after that. running is just continue suffering.

That's how I did the lifting too, but felt like it was going nowhere, also everyone said that breaks I take are too long and you should never rest more than a minute, but I literally couldn't. Would have to deload, I guess, after every set.
I tried to keep the weights to do 3x10 at least or 3x12.

Any form of exercise every day is mandatory , doesn’t necessarily have to be lifting

Lifting is the only relevant one though. You can play sports for years and still be an incel. But if you are tall enough and gymmaxxed, then you are looksmaxxed enough to slay, if you're not subhuman but even an ogremaxxed tall guy would not be an incel as long as he does not limit himself to tinder.

Believe it or not he’s mostly natty
No I don't believe it. I don't think you'll convince me. He eats clen and trens hard. For sure.
