It's hard admitting that gymcelling is useless for 95% men because it's one of the few copes men have. Every gymcelled physique I see in tiktok is so subhuman, they would look better without training and trying too hard. The amount of men who can achieve a sexually appealing physique is 5%. Genetics is what matter and not hard work

Most people do it for looks. A lot of people recommend lifting as a looks max. The cope is real

If you mix in other things with it, it becomes less of a waste of time. But I do think that making your entire exercise routine muscle building is a waste of time. Unless you are going to weight train and do martial arts at the same time.

A good body (good means lean and muscular but still harmonious and natural, not a roided freak) is a small part of attraction (it's basically just the cherry on top), but being in shape has a ton of health benefits. Also, everyone is more attractive with a lean face.
