Gaining musle/size is super easy. Just spam protein and carbs and go to gym. In two weeks i have gained 5kg of muscle and fat. I feel fat asf but my energy is thru the roof. I just eat whatever, diet is cope. Soon when i get my Ostarine i will do a cut and be a leanmaxxed slayer. Gym is not hard work btw.

Leanmaxxing is easier than putting on muscle I think

Bro, out of that 5kg, barely 1kg is actual muscle. If you’re training naturally, gaining 5kg in two weeks is impossible, even with extreme gear, it’s still a stretch.

I promise it’s 5kg up on the scale in two weeks. And my muscles have gotten bigger. But my genetics are made for being big and bulky so I can gain weight super easy and my appetite is insane. I have more trouble with getting lean. But just gaining size is super easy for me.

it is but i just find it too repetitive tbh
