lol, i didnt make eye contact with anyone lmfao just stared at the ground and presented. i took pauses and was like "umm" when i started my sentence.

Just s4. Cutting is going well I've shed a lot of hip fat and my v taper is getting really good again. Haven't lost much fullness in my muscles at all which is good.

Face Pulls/Laterals

Currently Wieghing 163.5lbs
Goal is 155lbs in a month from now (May 12th)

Im on 2000 Calories atm
