Im still small, but a year ago I was 95 lbs 5'9. 135 lbs 5'11 now still low weight but put on a lot of muscle.
I hit my growth spurt 2023 summer (7 grade summer)
I grew from 5'4 to 5'8 in one summer jfl
but guess what I looked like a fucking Twink. I was 95lbs zero muscle only muscle good were my abs.

THERE IS NO REASON TO BE HAPPY IF U HAVE ABS AND UR SKINNY, men will notice it and call it out as a "skinny pack"
I started the gym with two of my homies and fucking BULKED THE SHIT OUTTA MYSELF. LIke it was bad i was dirty bulking and gaining strength like crazy. I didn't get acne as I wasn't in that puberty stage yet. I did PPL and honestly splits rlly don't matter as long as ur doing the same thing every week.
If ur skinny bro just bulk. If ur not CL physique does matter especially amongst men for respect and smv, you have to be stronger than most men your age or else its over.
Heres what I did: Eat homemade food you don't have to dirty bulk, eat in a 500 calorie surplus use shakes and liquid cals. I didn't eat breakfast my whole life until I started the bulk lmao. Shit was so hard had to forcefeed, don't be scared to eat fastfood. If your strength is going up after two weeks of doing an excercise you are doing something wrong. It's so easy dude just do PPL or full body split focus on each muscle except TRAPS.
I used to curl 10 lbs man 10 FUCKING POUNDS


. Now I do 40s. Feels good. No one fucks w me anymore at least not about my physique.
tall + htn + mogger physique = female gaze + male respect + good life
Ugly + shit physique = death sentence
My bench went from around 55lbs to 125lb (still weak AF)
Squat went from 100lbs to 210lbs

8 grade I was getting trolled and called out for my skinnyness by a 5'2 turk who was popular jfl. I said lets test our strength and we started shouldering and bodying each other. HE FELL ON THE FLOOR JFL
