i dont know
i never went to the gym 6days/week
its too much for me
i dont enjoy it that much
 
if ure a natty minimize legs day and do pushpulloff only srs
 
Do this for about 4 months, then switch to nSuns 5 day.
 
Go on high reps if youre a begginer
 
I did this for the first 2 years and now I do the same except I don’t do the leg days
