Low reps high weights

A few minutes rest time depending on excercise

Training to failure is beneficial since you get more muscle activation. I’m expecting that you know you shouldnt do every set till failure:feelswat:

Look up a guide or some shit if youre this inexperienced

There are two general types of training. Hyertrophy training (training for muscle size - done with 3 sets of 8-12 reps of like 65% of your one rep max on a lift) and strength training (for pure strength/advancing on a lift - heaviest weight you can lift for 3 sets of 5 reps)

As little as possible needed to be able to do another set. Keep it around 30 seconds-1 minute
