Gymcels/diet experts - what should I do?

this is my natural body % lvl, without overeating, without dieting - normal eating

Im at around 67-69 kg at 177 cm aka 5'9

So the best option for me:
gymcelled body

the problem:
diet = low sex drive = undoable

What would you advise?
 
go to the gym build some muscles get a slight tan
 
You want to maintain a slight caloric deficit while consuming enough protein (say 1g/lb bodyweight) to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. This makes cutting more mentally doable and physically less taxing. Cheat days every few weeks won’t hinder progress but don’t be an idiot and eat like your local heart attack patient. This will take you months to see the result you want, and maybe 6 weeks or so to start seeing significant changes (like vascularity, abdominal definition, hollow cheeks, etc.)

Tell me about it :feelswah:. Gymcelling almost for a year and I’ve gained a solid 1.5 kg of muscle... almost no size gain and pathetic strength gain. This might seem like I’m trolling but my genetics are shit-tier when it comes to muscle. Eating right, training hard consistently, all that for shit results. If this is my “noob gains” phase done, I really need to roid to even look like I lift. This is a good article on it:

I think the lower sex drive is in ur head tbh unless ur getting super lean that shouldn’t be a problem
