GYMCELS GTFIH | Which Muscle Groups can you efficiently train with only Freeweights?

I was thinking biceps, shoulders, and possibly back? Chest, triceps, legs, you need some a machine, or barbell, or bench for them.

But with Biceps, shoulders, and back, you can train with only free weights. Lmk what yall think

I am by no means a "GYMCEL"

but with freeweights i went from sets of 2kgs to 12.5kg (3 sets of 30+ since its the max and im too poor to get more) sets of lat raises, overhead presses, hammer / bicep curls in about 6 months.

As for chest/back im not sure, legs are probably possible via weighted squats

Im not sure if you were asking for personal use, but if you are in my position where u cant go gym so wanna get freeweights, take it from me and fork out the extra money to get heavier than 12kg max adjustable dumbbells. It sucks having to have a max that is really easy for you because you didnt wanna spend an extra £20 months ago. I'll have to buy a whole new set JFL
