Just started the gym, I’m skinny and im not sure what routine to start with want something simple and proven to put on size. Any tips?
 
Eating more is proven to work.

Any routine will put on size. I follow a 10 day split myself.

try upper lower twice a week or fbw 3-4 times
and lean bulk eating products like:
eggs,chicken,turkey,beef,rice,yoghurt,tuna,steak

Split doesnt matter that much, much more Important is that you train hard. If you need Form Tips watch Jeff nippard, for explanation about science watch bigpro

upper lower.

do upper lower rest upper lower upper rest.
5x a week and you get upper work 3 times a week.

or take test and workout 3x a week and u chillin:feelsgood:

No disrespect bro, but I read your previous threads. Don't gymmaxx if you're short. It won't have the desired outcome that you want. Having a good physique is only useful if you are reasonably tall. Being jacked whilst short just looks like you're overcompensating.

It's a halo when you're reasonably tall. Like 5'10 and above.

At 5'6, it just looks comical. Not even trying to be a dick, this is just facts

i know what you mean but there will always be women that like muscular men
then height wont matter that much

do ppl its goo for beginners, after a few months start doing ULRULRU or ULR/PPL

Nah never that, never give up. Work 2 jobs for a few years and save up enough money for LL.

LL has come a long way. It's pretty safe now, just has long recovery time. If you stick to the physical therapy you probably won't expereince any complications

Yeah true LL is an option.

I just meant if you're 5'6 and not considering surgery you will just get brutally rejected by society and especially women. I find that people who are around 5'9 gets looked down on. basically you need a 6 in your height to be valid :feelsrope:

Upper/Lower, 4-5 sets per muscle group. Focus on Mind-Muscle connection and choose exercises nicely.
Include 300-400 calorie surplus. Dont fall for low volume propaganda, as a begginer you need a lot of high intensity volume.

fullbody every other day, more stimulus = more growth. Eat at maintenance you don't need a surplus to put on size & obvs consume 1g/lb of body weight of protein

Yeah i get that im short but still doesnt change that I still wanna self improve, you want me to do nothing even though I’m skinny af?

Exercises with a lot of stability so that your brain send signals to your muscles to grow instead of sending signals to stability.
Incline smith, preacher curl machine, upper back row, pec dec etc.

Alr 4-5 sets per muscle gonna focus on feeling it, and try to eat more

In life doing something is usually better than doing nothing, but this is not true in Looksmaxxing. Some things will take away from your potential to pull off a certain look.

For example, you wouldn't tell a dude with pretty boy potential to get roided up and jump on minoxidil to grow a beard

Yeah I get that, but Im way too skinny, even a little muscle would help me not look weak Im not trying to get crazy jacked
