Just started the gym, I’m skinny and im not sure what routine to start with want something simple and proven to put on size. Any tips?

No disrespect bro, but I read your previous threads. Don't gymmaxx if you're short. It won't have the desired outcome that you want. Having a good physique is only useful if you are reasonably tall. LL has come a long way. It's pretty safe now, just has long recovery time. If you stick to the physical therapy you probably won't expereince any complications

5x a week and you get upper work 3 times a week.

Alr 4-5 sets per muscle gonna focus on feeling it, and try to eat moreUpper/Lower, 4-5 sets per muscle group. Focus on Mind-Muscle connection and choose exercises nicely.
Include 300-400 calorie surplus. Dont fall for low volume propaganda, as a begginer you need a lot of high intensity volume.
Alr, upper/lower twice or fullbody 3-4 times. I’ll try eating more of those foods too, thankstry upper lower twice a week or fbw 3-4 times
and lean bulk eating products like:
eggs,chicken,turkey,beef,rice,yoghurt,tuna,steak

For example, you wouldn't tell a dude with pretty boy potential to get roided up and jump on minoxidil to grow a beard
