I don’t know what to do and relying on Ai isn’t the best. i’m skinny fat and i only have a pull bar with a dip bar built in, so only calesthenics. i need tips because i kinda train whatever and want to have a lean aesthetic physique.

Get a weighted vest and do a bulk. I do weighted caslithenics which is alot mor effective for muscle than normal cali. And is also cheap. You could also just use a backpack with books in it.

is that seriously the only way, i’m to poor for it
Yeah, you can't progressively overload using regular calisthenics. You might get some muscles but you are not getting any size or mass from reg. calisthenics.

no just get a backpack and add weight to it. also doing progressions along with it. it doesnt matter what you do, as long as you are stimulating the muscles you will grow.

No worries. I also can't afford to get to a gym lol.

well i currently can only do pull up holds and dips + push-ups if what your saying is true then i will get a job on my 17th birthday to afford it after i can control my weight

If you can't afford a gym membership then start working at Mcdonalds. Calisthenics is cope if you wanna build muscle and get lean.
