I’m gonna start going to the gym starting from next week , should i do hiit exercises OR do exercises that help fix my shit apt (anterior pelvic tilt) and another postural issues

Overall back exercises will fix your posture problems normally, to fix it quicker and better add some good stretches to your routine, it helps.

don't just follow any advice on the internet either (except for like how to do an exercise with right form) you should train for aesthetics

what type of stretches do you think are good? i don’t think my apt is caused from tight hip flexors cuz i tried the thomas test and it was negative

Well usually it's caused by that so I don't know you would need to do your own research.

I also, in this case, do not practice what I preach, as in stretching, so I don't have any good recommendations for stretches and it depends on how flexible You are and which areas you wanna target, look up some yt videos and it'll give you a good idea on what to do.

upper lower split is best for me although i recover fast i put emphasize and going hard for 3 sets and focus on arms weakpoints. i do two exercises per bodypart sets depending on how sore i am but i do atleast 4-6 sets for bodyparts.
