how the hell do i grow the part of my forearm that connects to my bicep, my arms from the side look humongous and thick , but from the front they look like noodles how does this make sense

I've tried doing hammer and reverse curls and those muscles haven't grow a bit, they take too much time unlike the inner part of the forearm.

I mean as long as your arms look reasonable with your physique I wouldn’t stress it tbh my arms look pretty big when I’m bulking but evaporate first when cutting
