already sitting at a nice bf% idk why u would want it lower than that. It's kind of unhealthy getting to 10% or bellow in a way that you must be so careful about what you put in your body that it sucks the fun out of your life. But anyway if ur fr going for it just get yourself a calorie deficit but u prolly already know that. There are calcs out there to help you with that. Drinks loads of water(also eliminate any kinds of sugars maybe even fruit ones) and do ur cardio but thats js the basics that everyone knows. A good way is using saunas, 2 sessions a day(2x 10 mins with a cold shower in between) is just fine(or 45 minutes but thats for ppl that go regularly and arent gonna pass out). Another extreme way is to do water fasts which are basically you surviving on a water only diet. You could also drink lemon water which helps your digestion system to run better(drink it on an empty stomach with a straw to prevent damaging your teeth), thats a nice tip out there but idk how it will help, honestly other than that just ask chatgpt or look up some extreme ways on tiktok or watch pro-bodybuilder guides. Lmao my maintaince is 2800-2900 i went down to 2100 First and didnt noticed a difference so i lowered again to 1900You're 6'6" and eating 1900 calories? No shit you can't lose weight, you skeletal freak. Your metabolism is dead. Your body is cannibalizing what little muscle you have for fuel. You are starvemaxxing which is a bad idea. you'll hit 10% body fat right as you die of organ failure. Giants really do have lower IQs.
