I am going to the gym for the first time tomorrow.
My goal is to build an athletic body in a natural way (natty gym, no steroids nor testosterone boosters).
I want to look like this in the end of it:
A lean pretty boy with a good body.
I plan to hit the gym for 1 to 2 years only.
Is this a good plan or should I hit the gym for the rest of my days?
