i want to go to the gym, but im a high inhib ugly fucker, but to signup i have to go into the gym and everyone will stare at me, what do i do, will anyone even notice me?,

at first your social anxiety will be bad.I’ll be honest.Youre gonna think everyone’s staring at you but you realise they’re not.Dont be ashamed to use weights that are low while you’re surrounded by guys doing 40kg.Do what works best with your ability and once more trust me no one is looking at you as they were all in the same position you’re in at one point.

You think I cared about people looks at the gym at first when I was already used to the bad treatment I got from just trying to live my life : groceries, job, going to the post office. Besides nobody gives a peanut about you. They're all worried about themselves already, they don't have time to judge/care.
