Pretty good exercise selection. Don’t forget rear delt isolations

I find they get hit pretty well from rows and Pulldowns, that’s why I have none in rotation rn

No gym for face.
No gym for muscle insertions
No gym for bones
This physique? Unachievable even on roids.

Why are you so upset? Going to the gym is extremely good. Also that physique you linked is basically starter.

Back to the advice. I like the split, but for hypertrophy I advise pulldowns instead of pullups due to more fixed position. The most important thing is doing a total of 8-12 sets per muscle per week, resting 3 mins between sets, maintaining form and pushing to failiure on every single set.

... on opposite day
It's an enjoyable hobby. If you feel that way, feel free to, but don't disrespect others for bettering themselves through it. People that train are far less likely to have health issues, now and in later life. For example, personally (I know it's an anecdote, so isn't very based, but studies also show this) I haven't been ill in 2 years at all, and am feeling my best ever due to my physical and muscular health as a result of going to the gym. Furthermore, despite not being extremely good looking, I still get a lot of attention from girls as a result of my physique. It's also a good talking point and brilliant way to make friends. As users of this forum would say going to the gym is lifemaxxing.
