Gymcels, what do you eat everyday?

I want to start working out again but tbh I’m still probably gonna eat like shit. I’m skinny fat rn too btw. Should I eat like 3000cal a day do a 5x5 program and some body weight shit?

If I cut out all sugar and get 170+ grams of protein a day will I see noticeable gains? Or should I eat a completely clean diet? I’ve done that multiple times before but I always end up going back to eating like shit, should I just focus on building strength and muscle now and then focus on diet when I’ve built up a good base? Will I still be able to get the same gains this way?

I just wanna stop looking like a twink tbh, ik people have told me prettyboymaxx on here before but I want to mascmaxx because by the time I get all my surgeries I’ll be close to my mid 20s and that’s when prettyboy looks start fading.

Should I workout for a year using creatine and eat like shit but get enough protein and once I get a good enough base start doing steroids? I would look like absolute fucking shit tbh, especially if I lose my hair from steroids, what do you guys think? I don’t like being a 150lb little faggot but I don’t want to nuke the looks I do have which already aren’t good

Never bothered about my food. I try not to eat junk food but I do once a week or so. I cook one real meal per day and don't really eat candy or potato chips and stuff like that.

How do you even eat that much? I got plenty big just eating like a normal person.

Shakes + force feed, worst part is the cooking.

I have not eaten like that since 18 but I put on 10-20kg in a few months doing that. Once I get back to the exercising imma do it again.

Most of that weight is prob fat tho wouldn’t it be? 4-5 large meals seems excessive, 4-5 meals that have about 500-600 cals a piece would be better would it not?

Not "low" but visible abs. I don't really care about being lower body fat atm but can when I want to.
