I've been enjoying anterior/posterior so I can put more effort into upper body at the start of my session, as I don't care too much about my legs. Upper lower is fine in my opinion but I hate lower days and fullbody takes too long

I lowkey do pushpull legs 6 times a week but like i mix it up with calisthenics for example at the beginning of the week i do push day in the gym and the next day i do back at the calisthenics gym and do legs i take one day off then do push at the calisthenics gym and pull at the normal gym and i lowkey being seeing results because of this
