GYMCELS Why do I dont have gym progress even tho I lift for 1,5 years?

Started lifting 7/2023. I was skinny fat started bulking and then i didnt do anything for my nutrition then i bulk cut etc ( none was succesful nor consinstent) Do I lift not hard? I try to go to 10 reps every set.I noticed my arms cant grow. Currently on a cut. Its not even fair I try to do everything good and I look like sh*t. Im 18, 77kg, 6foot. Here are pics sorry for bluryness.

Watch a youtube video bro, you dont start having visible muscle growths until at least a year. Are you noticing strength gains?
Also why are you bulk/cutting multiple times within a year? You should commit to one for a year and alternate.

Thanks man idk people tell me oh do this do that but now im cutting and thats it. Thoughts on my physique do i look like i lift at all

Arms pretty big, back is wide. Commit to one for a year and lock in.

are you getting the right nutrition? Do you feel sore after training the next day?
 
try going to failure on every set or close to it

aim for 6-8 reps on every set, going to failure on them
Some guy told me to not lift that hard but like lift until u can do 10 reps than overload

I feel sore yes about nutrition rn i try to eat protein food but i rarely get 130g of protein, more like 70g
 
do 6-8 reps to failure until u can do 8-12 then increase the weight again so u can do 6-8 reps of the new weight

Legit bro, i did this but with super fucking high intensity and around 12 to 15 full reps per set(continued with half reps and stuff till I couldnt move my shoulders anymore), can pm progress pics of 4 months

If you went truly to failure more than 2 sets is impossible.

Being sore could also mean you have inferior incel recovery and cant recover, only times i even have soreness is when having really bad sleep and diet

I mean sometimes I feel sore and its not like i cant move my muscles. I did a training with a guy w low rest and i felt sore

Diet tbh i had better progress having a good diet and not working out then eating shit and working hard
