I use the decline leg press, lunges, quad extensions and hamstring curls

You’ll quickly realise looking good is 95% what you eat 5% what you do in the gym. If you don’t hit your protein goal forget the lifts you do. You can’t outwork a bad diet unless you short yourself in the ass with test

Hence why we have our weights at home, not gonna waste time driving to a fucking gym to lift some metal.

I only work v taper muscles and abs, around 2-4 sets to failure with dropsets. U probably have a better physique, im just very lean and dont eat enough for a “credible physique”
 
Going to the gym was probably the highlight of my day for 2 years straight and on rest days I'd just feel bored. What a failed, pathetic life I've lived. After work/uni co-workers/classmates would talk about their plans to go out that evening and I would just shuffle to the gym, believing I was beating them in some way. In reality I was fervently jealous of them :feelskek:

Its usually ethnic central at my gym during Friday-saturday nights, that's partly why I stopped going

how tf do you do 8 sets per muscle + ppl in only 40 mins?? that would take me like 1-1.5 hours in the gym at least... do you rest like only 30 sec between sets or do supersets or something?

2 quick half arsed sessions a week on 150mg test is all you need once you've got out of that gymcel phase

Just do Kinobody split, but swap out the legs for bicep/tricep max intensity and do 2x sets of Bulgeria Split Squats to keep some decent size and avoid CNS
