thats ez tbh thanksI haven't done that much research on this tbh, just strive to consume ~30,000 IU of beta carotene which is equivalent to 4 carrots. For the rest of the carotenoids, don't overthink it, just eat a handful of various fruits and vegetables everyday, be consistent with it.
