I'm assuming it's boneless chicken? How do y'all prepare it?

Give me your best protein sources + quick and easy recipes cause diet holding me back a bit from leanmaxxing.

There are these 2 euro protein bars in EU

40-50gr / 100 GR just about 300 calories might be slightly less

They taste like concrete bricks but I just force feed those to myself

Meat of all kind I prefer red meats as better taste and some extra cals In healthy fat + actually tastes good not like super lean shit

i just get a rotisserie chicken and throw the meat in ramen soup.

Breaded chicken tenderloins. Salt and pepper, coat in egg wash, coat in breadcrumbs, throw in air fryer 400 degrees for 10 minutes easy af and tastes delicious

Unless you are huge already you can just eat alot of whatever + 2 protein shakes/day will be fine
