Gymmaxxing is it really worth it? I saw the guide to debloat and they didn’t mention gym, of course to lose weight you need to gym, but not exactly.

gymmaxxing wont change ur bone structure but it helps ur frame and lower bf%. better shoulder waist ratio + body halo can bump u like 0.5 psl. if ur subhuman it wont save u but being lean/muscular makes clothes fit and helps u look healthier. focus on diet + cardio to get lean then lift consistently. just dont expect miracles.
