No, it took longer.
I did homework out, starting may. Which helped some. Than joined gym in November, with a program made by a blackpilled gym guy. Which made me progress well. The dude knows alot, and has himself great gymmaxxed physique. Whom also has an instagram group. If you want dm me, and i can add you to the group. He can share some good gym programs i think. And i don't feel comfy just handing it out to others. So you can ask him.
