Every person have different fat distribution, some have greater belly fat distribution, other have greater limb fat distribution, while others have more facial fat distribution.

Those with more limb fat distribution must focus on reducing the fat levels of their limbs with resistance training to build up slow-twitch muscles before moving on to shift the distribution towards fast-twitch muscles.

Those with more belly fat must work more on their abdominal muscles.

Those with more facial fat must be lean in general, but mewing certainly helps.

I keep myself lean in general because although I have low fat distribution on my limbs, I would have a puffy face unless I keep my overall body fat percentage under 10%

You can't spot reduce fat with muscle training. 2026 btw

You can spot build muscle, for example every man should focus more on training their abs instead of their pecs, training your pecs too much would make you look like you have manboobs.

not a problem for 99.99% of men unless you're ONLY hitting lower pecs
