These days, without exaggeration almost every sperg-phenotype, nerd in my engineering classes is in the gym. How can I tell you say? no, not by their results(they lack them) but by the protein shakes, protein bars on the desk they got during lectures, and by how they speak of the bench press and lat pulldown afterwards.
Looksmaxxing has gone mainstream. The few who can ascend from it will as a result of it have their ascension in looks valued lower as there will be more guys doing the same things, while the majority of outcasts attempting looksmax will fail and be disappointed even worse than had they never attempted it. It's over. The era of gymmax being a valid looksmax is closing. No longer can a 4/10 faced guy run "bodygame" for a few crumbs of female attention, no, because now it's common and expected of men to have some musculature.
Brutal shit. If only I got jacked 2 years ago when my friends ascended by gymcelling, i’d at least have a few months of enjoying peak tinder.
