I was under the shower and i was thinking every time im a the gym 99% of people who workout there look like shit bloated skinnyfat whatever

And then i thought about how niggas in prison are always jacked asf despite just doing push ups and pull ups aka just calisthenics

Especially people with shit body building genetics pay 30 dollars a month to look like they barely lift which they could've achieved at home lol

+ driving to the gym after a day of work or school is exausting aka lowers test even more

Conclusion the average person is retarded and just follows what every other idiot does

I was the biggest gymcel (could shoulder press 40kg dumbbells, chest press the 50kgs), until one day I looked around and realised we were all working out because we were subhuman and worthless trying to compensate. I literally finished my workout early and walked out.

Don't go to the gym if sub MTN it's a waste of time, muscles are cope (like height is only a halo if you're good looking).
