Don’t think he has had jaw implants, his dad has a good jaw. He looks good but there’s something off about him, Idk what it is though.

Eyes too close to each other, comically large jaw, asymmetric face, weird ears, unflattering haircut, thin lips, thin eyebrows.

Low palpebral fissure length (PFL), low interpupillary distance (IPD), low eye separation ratio (ESR).

In other words : his eyes are too small, too close-set, and his face is too wide (bizygomatic width) in relation to his eyes.

Based on this picture, his ESR is only 0.42, outside the ideal range (0.45-0.47).
First, I increased his PFL and IPD, which took his ESR to 0.44, still slightly outside the ideal range.

Then I decreased his bizygomatic width, which took his ESR to 0.46, finally within the ideal range.
I also reduced his bigonial width, mandibular height, and chin height, to achieve a more balanced, yet still strong look.

His thin, short and barely contrasted eyebrows contribute to looking "off" (bad health indicator), especially with his dark brown hair & fair skin.

If he hasn't had any implant, we could bet on jaw fillers.
