Gyno before first cycle

I know this might be retarded but idc. I’m 18 and planning to start my first test only cycle soon, but i’ve had mild gyno for like 3-4 years now and it hasn’t really changed at all the last 1-2 years. Should i get gyno surgery before (long process with appointments and shit) or just fuck it and start?
