Imagine being so unlucky that you start receding at 20 only to have the only treatment that works with a gyno side effect profile of 0.2% affect you.

My shit burning and swollen on low dose topical. Ive been on it 6 months and it gets worse and better I think im gonna stop soon.

If It helps i refuse to have any sort of intimate relationship because I have the most brutal form of gyno

I remember when I was younger my friends would tell me if my tits continued growing like this id need to wear a bra

tragic but just get the surgery then tbh

The problem with me is id be down just to cut them out and use fin but it could come back.

not really, when it forms, it's there. It might shrink a bit if your hormones return to normal but it will not reverse

I had pre existing gyno from puberty, Im not sure if It got bigger over 6 months mabye a little.

I feel sensitivity a day after a dose, sometimes I can use it for months and its not bad but it always gets to a point whereI have to stop for a week cuz it swells up and fucking hurts its so annyoying.\

Its possible for it to go away a little, mainly swelling subsides and it looks like how it did pre fin in my case.

It’s not that bad, just get gyno surgery
The scar is not noticeable and you can get a follow laser to diminish it

yea but since my body needs DHT to counter estradiol, There is a decent chance of it growing back after surgery.

Im still going to go down that route anyways since I wanted to get gyno surgery pre fin anyways

nah sadly that's not how it works apparently, all the best gyno surgeons have to leave some gland to make sure the nipple doesn't create a indentation.

risk of reoccurrence is possible but there is no clear answer so i just gotta send it ig
