i have gyno too

its pea sized though, it’s weird though

i’ve been 12% bf and it was basically gone, like i felt it cuz it’s hard but my nipples wouldn’t get puffy or anything

now i bulked up to 15% bf and i notice my nipples get puffy and soft when it’s hot

but when it’s cold they contract to what they looked like when i was at 12%

but gyno is isn’t entirely just the ball
itself

has something to do with the nipple itself and then the nipple becomes perky and pokey
