Gyno or fat?

I don’t know if I have gyno or not, i have a little fat on my nipples but ion know if that’s from not being lean or gyno. Is gyno always extreme?

Does it reduce or go away when you drop to lower bodyfat levels? If so, that is likely chest fat.
I also read that gyno is supposed to feel like hard tissue.

I don’t know, I have been leqnmaxxing after being overweight, am at 17% now and that’s the leanest I’ve ever been. If I flex my chest muscle there’s fat between my nipples and muscle. It feels soft, should I ask this question again at 12%?

then honestly you might not have gyno because you can distinguish clearly between breast tissue, fat and muscle

Yes, Gyno is over developed breast tissue (it's feels hard when you touch it)
