I don't understand why he didn't remove the gland. Apparently it's ideal to be removed. It looks good but theres still a bit of tissue underneath a bit 'perky' Idk how else to explain it.

A few days ago I did a tester on some anavar and my nipples were sensitive and a little enlarged. Why tf weren't the glands removed???
 
You probably got lipo and the reason it still looks a little “perky” is the actual gland wasn’t removed just fat. Lipo can’t suck out that dense tissue. If the surgeon skips the excision (or leaves too big a cuff) the nipple never flattens.
That leftover gland is also why your nips blew up on the anavar. Even a tiny piece can light up when you throw any AAS at it. Only way to stop the cycle flare and get the chest flat is to go back in and cut the rest of the gland out.

I didn't get lipo jfl. He cut most the glands out I have pics of the lumps.
