for all i know i cannot get rid of the fuckass puffy nipples i genuinely cant it nerths my physique so badly,ive heard mixed opinions on the surgery apparently you gotta be awake for it 🫩obviously under anesthesia and allat but wont it feel absolutely fucking horrible? Ill do whatever it takes too get rid of this chest ive been lifting for around a year now and it seems this really is my final option.
