The only solution to hide it is to not use white shirts lol, if you can use black ones.

if that's really not an option, aside from improving your hormones, and gaining muscle mass in the chest, maybe using tape can help? Never heard of anyone taping their nipples, just kinda made it up, but it should logically work?

cope, the nipple will still appear under a light color tshirt maybe if you wear 3 compression tanktop on top each others sure wont be seen

yea ur right but just bandaid on the nips if u gotta wear white then compression shirt. literally unnoticeable that way
