I saw some HA granule implants for zygos results were okay since the choice of location of implants wasn't great and more work had to be done. She also needed more infraorbitals
But I don't see why infra HA implants there would be impossible.
It also shouldn't be impossible to implant in the whole maxilla like this
Look at her nose distance relative to mouth,nose shifted out a bit, shifting out nose without shifting out the mouth region will fix bimaxillary protrusion. Bimaxillary protrusion is a lie, it isn't a thing it happens because your nose is too recessed relative to mouth. If your mouth protrudes from the aesthetic line you have bimaxillary protrusion, best way to correct it would not be to extract and recess yourself more but get more forward growth relative to mouth.
