i dont post on MM forum bcos mostly do not have any insights.
But legit only good advice i've ever taken (and only good advice i have to give) was to be process oriented.

Process orientation steps

1. Think about what goal you want to achieve
2. Think about the process u need to do to achieve the goal
3. Start doing the process
4. forget about the goal (or just barely keep in mind).

Motivation (goal orientation) is not reliable because what happens if one day u lose the motivation. breakup/family problem/feel ill etc. you will not feel like doing what u need to do. most motivation is not that strong that you will overcome those things every time.
You should just have a habit of doing whatever needs to be done so it's not a choice. "Oh it's a wednesday afternoon, time to....". At some point you might even be so used to doing it you will be like "why am I doing this again?", this is when you know the habit has set in.

sorry if this seems like bluepiller shit but it helped me so maybe will help u. :Comfy:
