| Habit | What it does | Asymmetrical effect |
| Side sleeping | Gravity and pillow pressure compresses, breaks down collagen, and stretches the skin of that side. | Lowers eyelid of that side |
| Resting face on hand | Stretches the skin on that side of the face, which causes the skin to slack and droop after you let go | Lowers undereye-skin of that side |
| Smoking | Breaks down skin elasticity and causes fluid retention. | Lowers/makes the eye smaller on both eyes, especially on the side you smoke on. |
| Raising eyebrows on one side (happens more than you think, subconsciously or not | Overworks muscles | Raises the eye of that side |
| One-sided chewing | Tightens the side that chews Loosens/droops the side that doesn't | Raises the side that chews Lowers the side that doesn't |
| Tilting head when looking down | Overworks neck and trap muscles asymmetrically Brain counteracts the tilt by straining one side of the face, in attempt to even the gaze amidst uneven posture | Lowers the side that head tilts towards Raises the side that head tilts away from |
For me, my left eye is lower, so I will:
Sleep on my right,
Rest hand on right,
Smoke on right,
Tilt head towards right,
Raise left eyebrow,
Chew on left,
Another important factor I have not mentioned yet is uneven vision, which I will write another guide about after I do more research.
Also, mandibular and maxillary asymmetries also plan a huge role, which i will discuss in another guide as well.
