Even my own subconscious brain can’t stand reality.
Like most dreams the fights weren’t actually very realistic and felt otherworldly but the fact that I had a dream where I beat him up as payback for all the bullshit he did just drowns me in melancholy. I’m so low and pathetic that I can only gain back the embarrassment I’ve lost from inside my head. Life really isn’t fair.
It’s sad but it’s easier to let it go when you realise you’ve been predestined for failure, coping is only a natural consequence.
