saw a black man in a suit outside and, 10 m before I was gonna walk past him, my scalp started itching like hell
i realized it might look like i'm mimicking a chimpanzee to mock the guy if i scratch myself, but just couldnt stand the itch, so i did it
the moment after, right when i thought i was overthinking it and that life doesnt look like a bad parody, i realized he was angrily staring at me
what happens then? as immature as i am, i couldnt contain a subtle smile, which probably pushed him over the edge, so he stopped walking right we were gonna walk past each other and said something in what i think was french
what do i do in such a heated moment? i say "liberté, égalité, fraternité" and, as soon as he realized what i said, we both start laughing, approach each other and hug, and just move on in different directions afterwards
moral of the story? just be nt
