Most nights I have nightmares and at the end I have a short period of lucidity where I realize I am in a dream and wake myself up. A few months ago when I was obsessing over trying to lucid dream eventually when that happened and I knew I was lucid, I realized I could do what I wanted. But unfortunately I woke up very quickly because I was too excited.

This happened like one more time since I was still obsessing over it so of course I would dream about it.
