Currently a bit over a week on NoFap and yesterday night I had an insanely vivid dream (I heard vivid dreams occur more often during NoFap).
It wasn’t lucid so I didn’t know that it was a dream during it but I can still remember most things and it was really vivid, much more than my regular dreams.
2 things which were really weird tbh:
In one part of the dream I watched porn and jerked off. I never dreamed of this before so this was weird af especially because it felt so realistically. So much that when I woke up for a short moment I thought I legit lost my NoFap streak and jerked off to porn for real (wasn’t a wet dream tho)
And the second thing which was weird was that I met a person in my dream who I didn’t met for like 3 years irl and I had a conversation with her about recent things in both our lifes (I know what she does currently via Instagram). So my imagination created a full fake conversation just based on some facts I know about her current life situation
