Had a severe manic episode on Saturday at around 12:00 PM

It felt like I was slightly peaking on Ecstasy ( EUPHORIA ) but also coming down off of it as well ...

Shortness of breath , thought my heart was going to stop , racing thoughts ( Mostly Negative ) , irritability and was very horny

Several times I wanted to jump off my balcony to kill myself but I kept saying that it was all going to be OK ...

Went on YouTube and listened to this video whilst laying my head on my desk to calm myself down ...




Because of HYPER SEXUALITY I ended up masturbating and breaking 4 months of NOFAP ...

This was all caused by Anxiety the morning after drinking Alcohol , too much Caffeine and Cigarettes ...

WORST FEELING EVER !!!
