Woke up at 5AM, couldn't sleep for an hour because my dick remained hard as steel. Side effects of nofap I guess, whatever it takes for skin gains.

sometimes I get them too but in general sleep is better, imagine how autistic it sounds to be on nofap just because your dreams become wilder jfl
