Had an emocional crisis and almost killed myself

Please dont let this stuff get really into you, learn the basics, trust the "cope" that you'll find someone that really loves you, dont care a lot about the minimal details before being mature enough to handle a breakdown, i really wanted to end myself because of my assymetry and because how i look (realistically just didnt actually did It because of my religion + some people who could "Care" about me)

You dont need to be perfect, dont put a super high standart, just focus on what you can change, dont care about what you can't.

Looks aren't everything, your life Is really all that you have, and It's just what you make of It that matters (sound like a cope at first, just reflect about It a bit)

Hope i could help someone with this who passed a similar experience, I'll get off .org for now till i get stabilized again, hope the best for yall
