had first laser acne scar removal session today

went to dermatologist earlier, drank a coffee at the waiting room
as I was waiting one of the receptionists gave me a hair cap and applied a solution to protect me from the laser damaging my skin ig
time had come and I got into the operating bed
pinned anesthesia four times in my face
then used some kind of medical flexible needle(i dont know exactly) to detach the scar layer from fat and other skin layers, it was really weird because it was tingling inside my skin
got 10 min of applying the laser on skin surface, it was really chill and felt like a hot towel for the most part
ended the procedure and my face looks very smooth but also bloated in red
went home and im spamming la roche posay cicaplast since then

It’s called subcision.. Did u get it in Bangkok by any chance? I’ve seen them do that with combination of lasers which is what u got. Literally nobody does that here except few stinkerjeets who massively overcharge.

Not sure if laser was good for this tho, they should’ve injected fillers instead to keep scars raised… lasers are more for the surface while fillers directly target those areas under the skin.

Apparently after subcision plus few rounds of fillers and scars are supposed to be gone. Cant wait to try after trimax and braces fuckery tbh

i guess now ill try to dissolve the fibrosis with retinoids and hydrocoloid curatives

past consultation i got hyaluronic acid injections on my scars sites

in two weeks ill get corticoid(ig?) infiltrations on my bigger scars with more queratin deposit
